Providing support to customers is one of our biggest priorities and therefore important that any support ticket logged with our team is dealt with effectively. We use a range of tools to achieve this including a web based support portal allowing your business to log and track tickets, ensuring you are kept updated with the handling of your support ticket as it progresses.

We use an ITIL methodology to provide an efficient and effective method of handling incidents and service requests ensuring service level agreements (SLA) are met. Managing and logging support tickets in this manner ensures that we are providing the service specified and provides you with a monthly report of tickets logged, together with additional relevant criteria.

Support is individually designed around your needs to ensure that we exceed your expectations and ensure that all elements of your IT system are well looked after. We use a variety of tools ranging from Remote Monitoring Agents, that provides live information to our technicians, and Remote Access tools to help find and resolve problems.

Pro-Active? Re-Active?

Our team has many years experience working in the IT services industry supporting Microsoft networks, Apple integrated systems, cloud solutions and more. You can rest assured that your business will be well maintained by our Apple & Microsoft certified engineers.

Furthermore, we don't believe in re-active support on critical systems. We offer Pro-Active support as standard with any agreed support contract to ensure that any system downtime (if any) is minimal.
