They are professional, responsive and the quality of their work for us in this past year has been exemplary. All things IT in one place and under the control of one company. Bright Lights uses Surf Tec IT for all our IT needs. The main resons we use Surf Tec IT is for it's quick response and calm level of professionalism. Example one Friday afternoon our IT system went down which stopped all our machines and meant orders stopped! Surf Tech are absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are quite high maintenance ;) with Cloud Accounting, server and remote workers and they give us instant support whenever we need it. If you waste any time on your IT get them on board. We have never looked back.
