We changed from our previous IT support company to SurfTech on 01JAN2020. We have found SurfTech to be extremely good value. They are professional, responsive and the quality of their work for us in this past year has been exemplary. All things IT in one place and under the control of one company. IT for us is a trouble free process that I no longer think about and I have no concerns about. SurfTech just take good care us! SurfTech are not on the door step of our offices but that has had zero impact on their ability to support us. Not considered as a supplier - but a very key and important partner who are part of our business continuity plans. If you have IT support issues, give SurfTech a try.

Bright Lights uses Surf Tec IT for all our IT needs. The main resons we use Surf Tec IT is for it's quick response and calm level of professionalism. Example one Friday afternoon our IT system went down which stopped all our machines and meant orders stopped!
