We are very happy with the service we are provided by Surf Tech IT. Responsive is the best way to describe this, as every query we raise is replied to in a timely manner, if the answer is unknown at that stage, we are acknowledged and kept updated. Thanks again to the support team for their ongoing assistance.

Surf Tech have been supporting our business for approaching three years now. They set everything up for us and provide support and advice as we need it. They are fantastic. They are quick, reliable, pragmatic and don't make us feel daft when we ask what are often undeniably daft questions. They are helpful and always have ideas and suggestions that end up making our lives easier, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We changed from our previous IT support company to SurfTech on 01JAN2020. We have found SurfTech to be extremely good value. They are professional, responsive and the quality of their work for us in this past year has been exemplary. All things IT in one place and under the control of one company. IT for us is a trouble free process that I no longer think about and I have no concerns about. SurfTech just take good care us! SurfTech are not on the door step of our offices but that has had zero impact on their ability to support us. Not considered as a supplier - but a very key and important partner who are part of our business continuity plans. If you have IT support issues, give SurfTech a try.

Surf Tech It Ltd have recently helped us secure our Cyber Security grant and upgraded all our laptops managing the purchasing, configuring and installation. We are a small business who just need some-one to answer the phone and be patient with us! We have certainly experienced this and whilst still early days, have every confidence that Surf Tech It will meet our IT Support needs both strategically and operationally. Thank You Matt and the team!

Bright Lights uses Surf Tec IT for all our IT needs. The main resons we use Surf Tec IT is for it's quick response and calm level of professionalism. Example one Friday afternoon our IT system went down which stopped all our machines and meant orders stopped! With an instant phone call to Surf Tec IT, John took remote control access of our system and had the system working within the hour.

Nothing but praise for Surftech IT. We've found the support to be timely and excellent each time we have had occasion to use it saving us considerable time against trying to muddle through ourselves. I have nothing but positive things to say about Surf Tech IT. We have used them as our I.T provider for over a year now and the speed and service we receive is the best we have had in our many decades of trading. It's refreshing to be able to reach someone any time and nothing is too much to ask. Keep up the good work Matt, Jon and the rest of the team.

We’ve worked with Surf Tech IT over the past 18 months, they provide IT Support to our business as well as advising on hardware and helped tidy up our Comms Cabinet since our recent office move. Originally we found it difficult to find a good IT company who could service our needs and Surf Tech have delivered exactly what was expected and on time, every time. The team are methodical ensuring that everything they do is completely correctly and to a high standard. We highly recommend Surf Tech IT to any business looking for a professional IT partner.

Recently with the pressure of moving our whole Factory and offices Surf Tech IT carried out full installation of our IT and security system, there project management skills are of the best, they took a great deal of pressure away from us and the end result was exactly the way we wanted it thanks to Matt and his team, we will of course continue to use you services when needed. Thanks again.

Cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Surf - they look after us so well, and have done from the moment they took us on. What's great is that we feel able to call them at any time and they will give us all the time and attention we need to resolve our problem there and then - no call backs, no waiting - and most importantly, they treat every request with the same high levels of attention, no matter how small. We are extremely happy to have them looking after us.
